Great service, cannot recommend highly enough. Fowler and Powell are in a different league to any other estate agent I have dealt with as a buyer or seller. They ‘staged’ our house beautifully, proactively marketed it and took the time to understand its selling points and make it stand out. We were very uncertain about how to price it in a slow market and Julien was really patient in discussing this with us at length. They arranged two full days of viewings and secured us 8 offers, eventually selling for over asking price.
